When sending us a disk, please include a laser or
color copy of contents. When e-mailing us a file, please fax a copy of the ad design so we can compare!

When sending electronic files to us, please refer to the information below for a compatible, error-free exchange of digital files. We are able to receive, open and use files sent to us in the following formats: Software: QuarkXpress for the Mac, V3.31, V3.32, V4.0 Photoshop V3.0, V4.0, V5.0 Freehand V5.0, V7.0, V8,0 Illustrator V5.0, V8.0, V9.0 Line Screen: 100 Graphic File Formats: Photos: EPS, TIFF, JPEG maximum quality                                           Text: ASCII Text RECOMMENDED RESOLUTIONS OF ORIGINAL SCANS Color Pictures: CMYK at 300 dpi B&W Line Art: 600 dpi Grayscale Pictures: 300 dpi Fonts: Adobe Type 1 - requires two files to be sent: Postscript (Printer) Fonts and Screen Fonts (see example below) ABSOLUTELY NO PC, Windows, True Type or Mac System Fonts! ALL fonts used in document must be supplied.
